RedCarpet Cards
We provide one of the two types of cards to the users.
Ruby card is our virtual card, you don't need any other app to track your ruby card.
Zeta card is the physical card provided by zeta, you can track your card in the zeta app.
How to activate RedCarpet Card?
Launch redcarpet app
Launch redcarpet app and after you’re done with your kyc, open the “smart card” button on the home page. You will see your credit limit at the top of the screen
Open Card
Open up the card screen and click on apply for card.
Pay Card fee
Make payment for the card fees, which is a one time payment for your card (with initial amount). Card reload fees from second time onwards are extra.
Activate card
Pay the card fees and then you can check your card status.
OTP(for zeta only)
Enter the OTP that comes to your registered mobile number in the case of zeta, there is no otp for the ruby card.
Done!
Your're done. Enjoy your Card.
How to Reload Card?
Open Card screen
Launch the RedCarpet app and open the screen.
Click on Reload Card
When you are low on balance, you will see a 'reload card' button.
Select the Amount
Select the amount you want to add to the card.
Pay the reload fees and you're done.
Pay the card fees and then you can check your card status.
