Escalate Your Issue

If you have already registered your complaint or issue and it has been more than 48 hours without resolution. You can escalate it by submitting it to our Grievance Redressal Officials. Level - 2.

The Grievance Redressal Officials will reach out to you within 24-48 Hrs. After submission of your raised complaint except weekends and public holidays or you can write to them on their given email address. The Grievance Redressal Official shall endeavour to resolve the grievance within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of a grievance.
